Refund Policy

At RyanRichardsontatoos, we value your time and ours. Please review our refund policy carefully before booking.

 

Deposits

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit goes toward the total cost of your tattoo.

 

  • Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances.

  • If you need to reschedule, we require at least [insert number, e.g., 48 hours] notice. With proper notice, your deposit may be transferred to a new appointment date.

 

Cancellations and No-Shows

  • Cancellations with less than [e.g., 48 hours] notice or no-shows will forfeit the deposit.

  • Multiple no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in refusal of future bookings.

 

Refunds on Services

Tattoo services are artistic and time-based. As such, no refunds will be issued for completed services. If you have concerns about the work, we encourage you to discuss it directly with your artist to see if a touch-up is appropriate.

 

Gift Cards and Merchandise

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

  • Merchandise may be exchanged within [e.g., 14 days] if unused and in original condition. No refunds will be issued.
